Where are RUBBIE bags made?
Every RUBBIE piece is handcrafted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Who makes them?
Our bags are handcrafted by women artisans in Jaipur, bead by bead. Their work supports their families and their independence.
What are the bags made of?
RUBBIE bags are made with crystal beads and pearls. Each product page lists the details of that piece, such as the pearl-beaded handle, gold-tone chain strap and magnetic closure on our signature bag.
Is every piece exactly the same?
Each bag is made by hand, bead by bead, so every piece carries the individuality of the hands that made it.

How do I place an order?
Add your piece to the cart and complete your order through our secure checkout.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We make custom pieces and personal details, including custom calligraphy and macramé charms. Get in touch to share your idea.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is free on all orders within India, and orders are delivered within 15 days. For any questions about your order, please contact us.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the product.
