Every RUBBIE piece is handcrafted bead by bead in Jaipur, Rajasthan. This policy explains how we deliver your order.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within India only.

Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 15 days. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays or courier delays.

Custom orders
Custom pieces, including custom calligraphy and macramé charms, are made to order. Timelines depend on the design and will be confirmed with you before we begin.

Packaging
Each piece is carefully packed to protect the beadwork in transit.

Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking details.

Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Delays or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, with photos of the package and product in case of damage. We will work with our courier partner to resolve it.
